"He showed us what to watch for"

Had never had my septic tank serviced before and wasn't honestly sure what I needed. Called Chapman Septic Services and the lady i had the pleasure of speaking with offered to have someone come out, equipped to pump it (assuming that it would need it), offered me pricing up front, gave me contingencies and said that someone would call when they were on their way, so i could best manage our family's school drop-offs. The gentleman who called when he was about to head out way, asked about distance to the lid, so he wouldn't tear up the grass (recent rain) and was an absolute professional. Effecient, happy to help explain the system and the steps he was going through to us septic-rookies. He showed us what to watch for, so we knew when to turn the pump back on, and offered to come back if we needed any help. We'll definitely call them with any future septic needs and really cannot recommend them highly enough. When someone asks, we confidently tell them that "we've got a guy" who can help!
